Data Export & Reverse Phone/Email Append
Data export and reverse phone/email append services are available on all plans. Data exports require 2 credits per record, while reverse phone and email append services require 1 credit per matched record.
Credits & Pricing
Credit balances and additional credits can be purchased through the Wallet Center, with pricing starting at $0.10 per credit. Volume discounts are available for larger purchases.
Direct Mail Services
Direct mail services are offered at an all-inclusive, per-piece rate. This rate includes postage, printing, USPS mail services (CASS and NCOA processing), and handling. Custom Direct Mail Template Design Services
Custom postcard template design services are available for $300 per design. Subscribers may also create and upload their own design providing they meet our template guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the subscriber’s Account Center or by emailing support@lakemapper.com. Upon cancellation, the account will remain active through the end of the current billing period. For annual plans, access will continue through the remainder of the subscription term.
Due to the nature of the direct mail service, once jobs are submitted for processing, refunds are not provided unless there is a system-related issue. For complete details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions page.
LakeMapper FAQs
LakeMapper is extremely accurate. In fact, we had to create algorithms to remove swimming pools, rivers, streams, oxbows, and other waterbodies in which most of our subscribers would not have an interest. In cases where LakeMapper has erroneously labeled a non-waterbody as a lake (flooded low area), the subscriber can flag the lake to be permanently removed.
LakeMapper was built for lake management professionals & suppliers, real estate
professionals, landscapers, property & managers and land developers. Examples
include professionals and companies that provide aquatic weed control services,
fountains and aeration equipment, fishery and fish stocking services, dock
builders/suppliers, dam maintenance, and realtors seeking properties that meet lake
buyer criteria.
LakeMapper uses a proprietary process to identify lakes based on satellite images and calculate their location, perimeter, and area in acres. From there, we associate the landowner parcels that contain or surround the lake, along with their publicly available attributes, including owner name and address information, parcel zoning and use attributes, parcel size and value data, if available.
A secondary process allows subscribers to reverse append email addresses associated with the parcel data. Reverse append data, where available, is not guaranteed for accuracy and stems from a third party.
Yes! Once LakeMapper has identified parcels that contain or surround a lake, we then associate the ownership type (private person, commercial, municipal, etc.) and land type (residential, commercial, industrial) with that waterbody. HOA’s are derived from this process. Accuracy is dependent on the zoning and classification accuracy of the government and third-party data sources. We strive to use the best data sources available!
